(no subject)

To explain my cryptic post yesterday, my cat has been acting strange since Tuesday. Yesterday we took her to the vet and she immediately had us send her to another vetrinary hospital. 2,200 dollars later we found out she was going through heart failure. Luckily she lived through the night, and she's home and resting comfortably, but in all likelyhood she has a year to live at most.

Also, my mom told me she's probably going to be laid off, and her siblings are. That, coupled with the fact that I start Grad School Monday, which I still can't totally afford, and a number of smaller things are why I was not having such a good day yesterday.

Anyway, my cat is okay for now and that's what counts. Hopefully things will look up.
