anzilaIf there is one thing history has taught me, it is that the same human can be unbearably kind and unspeakable evil. Never let respect for others allow you to lose yourself, and remember, its always your problem. Because one day the war will be on your doorstep, and you'll be the one wishing for help.
That's the beauty of historians, we have to understand a little of everything. Other studies only need to focus on themselves, and they can be deceived into thinking theirs are the only skills that matters. A historian realizes just how badly he needs everyone. Humans need each other, if you learn one thing from history learn that. Just because you don't want to learn the lesson doesn't mean life won't cram it down your throat, it hurts less when you accept it.
