Well, thanks to BU's idiotic bureaucracy not knowing how to communicate I'm out 80 dollars, and have to go get a tetanus shot tomorrow instead of having lunch. All so they can have health forms they don't need because I'm not on their insurance and don't live on campus. Bunch of pricks.

On a happier note most other areas of my life seem to be in decent shape, all I need to do is get through this godforsaken semester and get to the part where I actually learn something useful.

Getting classes where you effectively learn 0% of stuff is pretty lame, I gotta agree. Why not buy a few history or whatever books that interest you and give you something new to learn? I always have a few random subject books stashed in my backpack for just that reason.

Oh, i learn stuff in my history classes, its just that the stuff I'm learning isn't what I'd use in a classroom, and that's why I'm at BU, to teach. I don't mind learning this history knowledge, but I'm here to learn to be a teacher, and the history classes are teaching knowledge that is waaaay too advanced and minute for the high school level for the most part. I may actually adapt some of it to the classroom, but not enough to justify the investment.

Bureaucracy is one of those aspects of modern civilization I can't say I'm a fan of.
